Shipping

We offer both worldwide and UK domestic shipping on all our items.

For UK mainland customers, shipping rates are calculated during checkout and vary depending upon the weight, and complexity of the item. For large and bulky items we charge £60 flat rate for London postcodes via our courier service. If you are based outside of London or another country, please contact us via e-mail for a quote.

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your item is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays or damages that occur during the shipping process.

Please be aware that international customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Determining these charges can be complex, and while shipping carriers may provide an estimate of potential duties, only the destination country’s customs authorities can determine the final amount. We cannot provide an exact figure for customs charges or duties.
