Condition

As these are second-hand items, we aim to present them as accurately as possible. We highlight any wear in our photos and item descriptions. We take great care in sourcing and selecting every piece but cannot guarantee their future life-span.

Product Imaging

We strive to showcase our products as accurately as possible, though some variations may occur due to screen settings and resolution. All measurements are approximate.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. To ensure you’re aware of the size and scale of each item, we provide as accurate as possible measurements and detailed descriptions. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before making your decision. As a small business, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1) Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
2) If the return is accepted the item must be returned within 14 days from the return confirmation. After this period, we cannot offer a refund.
3) Items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging. Please note that all items are thoroughly checked and documented before we send out.

If there’s an issue with your purchase, please reach out to us within 48 hours. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return process.
