Mah Jong First Edition Sofa

Rare first edition of the Mah Jong Sofa by Hans Hopfer for Roche Bobois. This sofa includes three segments each containing two cushions and with two segment containing backrests (one corner, one straight). It is modular and can be arranged in numerous different ways as pictured. There are small marks on some cushions. A full condition report can be shared upon request. It belonged to a German architect who purchased it in the 1970s and reupholstered it in the 1980s so the sofa no longer has the attribution mark.
