Vintage sake bottle, known as tokkuri in Japanese. Glazed ceramic, painted with Japanese Kanji characters in a traditional calligraphy style. Procured from Mashiko, a pottery town in Tochigi Prefecture. The vase we have for hire is similar to this one but not identical, images can be sent on request.
